PAYMENT AND ORDER PROCESSING

Products can be ordered directly online from our website 24 hours, 7 days a week. SegismundoFamily.com offers a variety of payment options listed below and in the check-out process. When placing your order, please make sure you provide your correct billing address for your credit card. If we do not have your credit card billing address your order will be delayed. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.

We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours. However, it may take up to 3 business days to process your order depending on the day your order was placed. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed on the next business day.  

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once an order has been placed and payment has been processed. Please see “Adding Items to An Order You Just Placed Below” for more information.

ADDING ITEMS TO AN ORDER YOU JUST PLACED

We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed due to credit card security purposes. If there are additional items that you would like to purchase, we recommend you place the 2nd order and send us an email with the order number. We will refund any additional shipping charges incurred from the 2nd order.

SHIPPING

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and fulfillment.  Most orders are processed and shipped via standard delivery within 7 days of order placement.
